From Research and Practice
»Tee und Taktik« is a podcast that delves deep into the world of civil resistance and strategic protest. Combining research and practical experience, we explore the success factors, strategies, and tactics that make movements effective—and why they sometimes fail. Each episode focuses on a specific theme, offering a well-rounded mix of anecdotes and scientific insights.
The podcast is hosted by Dr. Dalilah Shemia-Goeke and Lea Bonasera. Lea Bonasera, co-founder of the movement “Letzte Generation” (Last Generation) and author of the book “Die Zeit für Mut ist jetzt” (The Time for Courage is Now, Fischer Verlage), brings her expertise from both practice and research. Since stepping away from “Letzte Generation”, she has dedicated herself to a new movement addressing climate and agriculture issues. Dr. Dalilah Shemia-Goeke holds a PhD in civil resistance within the nexus of transnational corporations. She has extensive experience in research, publishing, and teaching strategies of civil resistance. Dr. Shemia-Goeke regularly conducts strategy workshops and university courses on the subject.
From Planning to Implementation
Even before the application was submitted, we provided consulting services and helped refine the podcast’s goal, target audience, and style. We developed ideas for its structure, tone, and recurring elements, organized tasks as well as the time commitment and timeline, and estimated the required budget.
At the start of the production phase, we supported the podcast team in creating the artwork and graphics for social media and took over the post-production of the seven episodes of Season 1. This also included the podcast trailer and the production of the jingle music.
